If it has at least 1GB of RAM it should be fine.
If it doesn't run well, at that price you could give it for Christmas - to someone you don't like much. 
If they aren't quite up to the job they tend to lag a bit more but probably still usable.
Best to have almost nothing else on it.

Some very cheap tablets can't go on google play (got you worried now).
You could still load the DJI app but the mapping wouldn't work 
That screen shows chrome and hangouts so probably does work with it unless they are being sneaky.
