Here is my 4650 with 20 weights on front with 12 rows and 150 gal of fert on the frame.  As you can see the front end is kind of light but not light enough to have to use brakes to turn.  Also I have lift assist wheels.  I had a 2wd 4240 with 14 weights on the front on this planter a couple of years ago and hated it, too light on front and not enough power in hills.
