Southern Ab | I use diesel treatment in every gallon burned but how can you tell its worth the cost? i just make a reasonable assumption its doing something for me and keep adding it. Same with synthtic grease. Costs more and I just assume its giving me less wear but i don't have any way to measure the results. There was a thread a long time back that showed decreased lubricity with some fuel additives. Some of this stuff is just hocus pocus and its hard to find honest results of testing. I buy Co-op fuel just because they publish minimum specs for their fuel. Then i add some of the canola-based additive and hope for the best. | |
