north central Oklahoma | This is especially true with hay sales. Several years ago, dad had some hay for sale on some state "for sale" list. Had calls from Texans who said "heck yes they wanted it" and to hold it and they would be right up. He turned down several on site deals for cash in hand because he had previous agreements and felt obligated. Ha. Won't do that again. First one there with the money takes the hay. Also won't take a check from someone he doesn't know or out of state either. Been shystered once too many times. | |
