I have seen creek water backup in a tile with enough pressure that it was coming out the breather pipe making the b.p. look like a fountain. Usually the creek will drop enough in a day or two that the problem is solved. One option is to put a check valve in the tile near the outlet. That way when the water starts to back up from the creek into the tile it will close the flapper preventing it from blowing out tiles.
