Over all the 195 is a very good spreader. Reliable and a good spread pattern. Make sure the walking tandem tube is greased well. Bad things happen if they are not. The bearing on the big beater opposite the gear box is too light (flange housing) and will eventually fail. Replace with a pillow block. The two speed for the web needs to be adjusted properly, but it is reliable once adjusted. Don't ever let the web get much slack in it, especially if it is a double web. I have run both double and single web and very much prefer a good single web.
