I just miss talking. There were some workdays (ha!) that grandpa and I spent the entire day at the kitchen table. Time well spent. Stories or situations still come up--wish I could bend his ear.
There's a few shared experiences that we could always laugh about...and it's a terribly lonely feeling to think about them, now.
