Hi Mark,
Where you at in Ohio? I'm 25 miles north of Columbus.

Are you sure it's not flowing? It probably is, just way to much water!!!!! Systematically laid tile are designed to remove 3/8" to 1/2" of water in a 24 hour period. And all that depends upon the outlet condition. So it'll take a few days. We always hope the excess water is gone in 48 hours. Also if the soil is dry (in our case NOT) it will absorb about 1" rain per foot of dry soil. Hope we miss the rain Tuesday and the rest of the week looks sunny? Ted CenOH
