We used to give one local dealer principal heat for running prices up at equipment auctions. His reply: "just hope I come to yours".
All the experts here constantly advise those who ask that buying land is the best way to invest $$$.
Why is this guy any different, maybe he thinks so, too.
It takes both a buyer AND seller to make a deal. I say to those who aren't involved, stay that way.
Should people be worked up about this?
