Bonanza, Or | Do the cities have well water rights or surface water rights? Do the cities have a earlier priority date than the ag sector? At least you don't have the endangered species problem we have. We have the potential to have a full reservoir and not be able to use it because there won't be enough inflow later in the year to meet elevation level requirements for the year type.
