SW “Ohia” | barren,
Never knew of anybody around here that didn't have a heated stripping room. That would be miserable. Lot of garages, abandoned schoolhouses, even old storefronts have been repurposed for the job. Anything that can hold some heat in.
Many days spent stripping with the wind howling outside. Coal stove in the corner would glow dull red with a good load of hedge inside. Deal with the snow and slop during the day with cattle, then thaw out in the warm and dry stripping room for the evening. | |
