Are they eating it or are they carrying it away for later meals ? The best results are using bar type baits and securing them in bait stations or confined area, so they can eat in privacy and relaxed environment.

Clean up their environment . . . inside and outside. If you have clutter around, then you'll never really get rid of them. Cut the grass and weeds from around buildings (Round UP or other herbicides work well around buildings). Get rid of junk piles and such (clutter) around buildings. Make it so they don't want to come around your buildings. Feed them outside instead of inside buildings also. I have bait stations in my tree/fence line, between neighbor and I. I have buildings within 30ft of the fence line also. I'd rather feed them out there, then inside my sheds. . . . . ..  .
