Subject: RE: COLDEST job on the farm

Bremen, KS
I remember pushing snow in the late '70s with a cabless IH 756 gasser and GB loader. At that time the thin gray coveralls and a sweatshirt underneath was good enough as insulated coveralls would make a person too warm Rolls eyes.

Farm sales seem to always be cold. Standing around my feet just freeze.

Another cold job was doing anything outside after milking as one was usually soaking wet from washing udders and such.

Feeding bucket calves on cold blustery mornings at their calf hutches.

I'm getting cold just thinking about it!
