Worst Hard Time by Timothy Egan....abut the dust bowl.
I might add, it talks about a movie that the US Government had made about the dust bowl (The Plow that Turned the Planes or something like that).....the movie is on Youtube, it has people from the book in it.
Looking for good books for winter.
