Southern Nevada desert | California just passed a $15/hr minimum wage, time and a half over 8 hrs/day and double time on the seventh day worked on all ag employees.
For a 10 hr a day harvest scedule that works out to $1350/week with Sundays or $1050 a week for 6 days.
Since myself and my brother are on payroll of our own LLC I wonder if they can fine me for not paying myself minimum wage? I'm kinda looking forward to all those double time Sundays while I'm baling hay......
A common summertime haying week at 90 hrs is $1800 at minimum wage, my wife is celebrating our newfound wealth as i post this.........
