Ne Nebraska | Put in both your names. Don't need to start a marriage with some uncertainty and you won't be able to get around that, it won't feel like "her home" leaving her off the title. That other stuff land is listed in is mostly for estate planning and it varies on your situation- 30 years from now you retitle it.
VERY IMPORTANT- on your financing- it sounds like it will be family financing, take title to the property and give back a 1st mortgage- do NOT do a contract for deed.
