I have to agree. And as CIH7240 says his future wife will be helping to pay for it too. Maybe if more things were together there would be fewer divorces.
We have been going through estate planning and all of our land has both my wifes and my name on all of it and no one has told us to do anything different.
Need advice on new land and house purchase.
