otherwise on the respirator, no oxygen is no oxygen. although it appears that it hadn't got to the oxygen free stage yet.....
and beings nh3 has a affinity for moisture, and beings the lungs are 95% water by weight....
without knowing too much more, no goggles probably no gloves. probably uncoupling a tank, took a shot of liquid straight to the side of the face.
