Have a freezer that much weigh around 500 to 600 pounds with all the stuff in it. It will be on a pickup and then unloaded into a building. Will a couple of 2x8's be sufficient to slide it down? I was going to get some 8' ones. Then when it's on the floor we would place the 2x8's under it and slide it to it's resting spot. (to protect the floor) Note, it's a chest type freezer.
