I know next to nothing about either rifle but from Browning's own website comes this statement;

"An extremely smooth rack and pinion-driven bolt locks tight to the barrel and gives the BLR the kind of superior accuracy that rivals many bolt-actions."

That would suggest if you wanted the best accuracy a bolt action rifle would be superior.

I suppose if you wanted multiple shots quicker the lever action would be superior.

But remember my first statement.  I just like bolt action rifles.
