Ben give 10cc in each of 3 locations. Usually 1 sq in each side of neck and 1 sq in flank just behind front leg. Less volume is sure an advantage for the 300 vs 200. Read years ago that 4.5cc/100 dose would maintain blood levels for 7-8 days so started using on the cutting bulls and has worked well for mass treatment.
