Anyone else get annoyed when you go to events and the choices for drinks are coffee and bottled water? At snack or at lunch....
If your body is use to caffeine at different times of the day or so much each day it's not a great idea to go cold turkey. Your kinda in a bad spot if you don't drink coffee it kinda messes up your afternoon.
