And go back to when we used to drive in miles and most cars were junked around the time the engine had gone 100,000 miles now there does not seem to be any end for most motors that are maintained with those regular oil changes.
And, yes, I have replaced many mufflers around 2 years old.
Used to keep clamps etc in the shop for the regular replacements.
