Washington | If you can wait until you finish the wall by placing a drain tile below the top of the foundation, cover it with gravel and put some kind of waterproof coating up to 4 ft it will probably be strong enough to backfill. I wouldn't drive a tractor over the backfill but just push it in loose so you can walk on it. Those side walls are pretty long without a jog or brace. Assume there's going to be a building on it but don't see any way to fasten it down. | |
