This is great to hear. I find busy work completely demoralizing. I also feel that way about hourly work, which often is busy work. Pay for the job. Allow them,within reason, to use their skill sets you hire them for to get the job done, pay them, and turn them loose, and may I add, praise them for the good work. Do this, and you will have a loyal bunch. Remember the golden rule.
