SW KS | +100. We run hard enough during the season that i am not going to find something for them to do in the winter once our normal maintenance and fabrication is done. We have had years that they take off 6 weeks with pay, but the guys usually get bored and are back in shop within 10 days-2 weeks. I am fine with that as long as there is no griping when the 100 hour weeks start back up. | |
