David Loberg Northeast Nebraska | Have a 6.5 Grendel & a 6.8 SPC, of the two I prefer the Grendel, it is a great gun for longer range shots, 300 yards plus. Specialty mags and availability of ammo etc can be a pain sometimes, Cabela's doesn't usually have much on hand. I built a suppressed 300 Blackout last fall though, and it's my favorite gun for anything under 150 yards now. Most places stocking a lot of ammo etc. for it anymore. It having the same mag as a .223 is nice, less mags to keep on hand, and if already have a .223 AR can just swap upper/barrel to 300. |
