I think the 148 and 158 brackets will bolt up the same, but a 148 would be right-sized for the tractor. The 158 has a longer reach/height and weighs a lot more and will probably wreck your front end faster. I think either loader could be mounted on a 4020, but I've never seen one around here that had a 158 on it but lots of them with a 148. Maybe they all died from it before my time :)

I may be wrong, but a tape measure will tell the whole story.
