I tired responding to this at noon but could only get an error message when I tried to post.
so here is a recap quick.
You can trust people to tell you the truth if they have the expertise to back up their claims.
No need to believe except claims with no evidence.
A person warrants trust only until they break that trust by claiming something that is not true, that is shown to be wrong, that is shown to be a lie.
You do not need to prove everything yourself as others have the knowledge and expertise to tell you things that you do not have tie to work out or prove yourself. These claims become more sound as more people in that field confirm what is said.
Yes TRUST but not faith.
Faith is what people have to have when there is no evidence to back up the claim made.
That is why it is used almost exclusively in religions.
BTW I have no religion.
A religion is a belief in a super natural force which there is no proof of, yet at least.
Therefore i have no religion as I await some proof or evidence before I follow any god. That way I will not be following the wrong one.
So although many christians are pushing their religion all the time I am not doing that.
I do push living in reality based on facts not imagination but that is not a religion.
