South Texas | It's a great way to keep the old man busy. Even loaded with concrete the aerway only sinks in good where it's not needed and rides up in the hard spots. Hay king style was a little better maybe but usually didn't get much shatter between the shanks. I like to run a 3-pt root plow then a disc in grazing pastures that have some sticks. Clean pastures get a 2500 ripper with notill shanks and berm tuckers and then a disc. This is only every 3-5 years or so, the Bermuda grass here loves to be torn up. | |
