Subject: RE: Wanting to build no till drill

central - east central Minnesota -

marcuswagner - 11/9/2016 11:32 I am looking to build myself a smaller NO till drill. Looking for something around the 6ft range. Has anyone attempted at building their own? I have a few things in mind. Hoping someone out there has done something similar.

There are several companies that built 6-10 ft no-till drills. Tye, Marliss, Haybuster, United Farm Tools, Sukup, John Deere . . . ..

For the money, should consider on of the brands above. Not-till's need weight and good openers to work. Why reinvent the wheel, when you should be able to pick up a used "built" one and go from there ?
