i'd get another quote from someone else, 27900 is steep. The metel is about a $1.10 per square foot. The blown in cellulose is only about $1.00 per square foot in the ceiling and $.50 in the walls. i'd say they are charging you about $14,000 for labor. I could spray it for you cheaper!
