| IIRC, my first tuition check at KSU in fall of 66 was $114. Went up to $136 my sophomore year. Thought that was highway robbery. The gal that I much later married had attended a local JuCo for two years, and then arrived at KSU as a Junior when I was a Senior. I forget what the tuition was by then, but she reports that she had to write the check three or four times to get it right. It was the largest check she'd ever written. showboat | |
