coup - 11/7/2016 20:14 177 corn PI is pretty good dirt for this part of ILL. Would say if you get it bought for less than $10,000 you did alright. Bought an 80 year ago that had corn PI of 180 that cost $10,600.
I think he's got in his head about $8k, I'm thinking he's pretty in line with his price. Hasn't been any sales around here for a while to compare it too.
