Less than 100 miles away. Have already been planning for a year.
I went to our school superintendent the beginning of this year and suggested they mark that day on their activities calendar for next school year. Maybe even provide buses for kids who don't have rides. He thought it could be educational. I told him I'm taking my granddaughter out of school regardless. Really a once in a lifetime chance for a lot of people.
