Price is less per acre.  He kept the good part of the farm.  Said he would talk to the lady he sold the other part to, she may be willing to sell too except where she built her house on, which would make it 95 acres.  I have to talk to my banker and then see where it cash flows at.  I may just shoot him an offer and call it a day.  Running the figures compared to another farm I bought a few years ago, he may be just a bit high, but this may be better dirt.  This one's all tillable, except maybe a couple acres of waterways, the other farm is more choppey with woods to farm around.
