Clicker, I don't know if I would quite say that. From what I read, it was 100 acres in 2006.  Since then 40 acres has been sold off. So, now his brother is selling him 60 acres for less $$ than what he paid in 2006.  Of course I would expect it to be less $$. It is a lot less acres.  At least that is what I see.
