Subject: RE: Going uninsured

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
Interesting, we pay $727.66/month for my wife and I. BCBS dropped all individual plans in MN for 2017 so we're starting a group plan for the offices in town. We have a few gals working for us who are in the same boat as us. With our new BCBS small group plan it looks like our rate should stay pretty much the same as last year.

We actually saw a pretty big premium decrease, along with better coverage after the ACA was passed. Currently our premium is back up to about what it was before the ACA.

It's hard to say what premiums would be up to without the ACA being passed. One thing I know for sure, is that the healthcare industry met their main goal of making the gov't the scape goat for the rising cost of health care and health insurance.
