| What I was told last year by FSA office before having fence row removed was if there was a single line on the FSA map between fields it was ok to remove fence row but if there were two lines with a separation in the middle then you would have to get approval from NRCS before it vould be removed. Don't remember exactly what she said but it was basically that with a single line the fence row was part of the field & a "determination" had already been made but when two lines the area between the lines has not had a "-determination" made, plus would be adding additionsl acres.
