Central, IN | Just go in to fsa and tell them u want to remove it. Fill out right paper work and they will determine if its ok or not. Takes a little time. If u dont so it u run the risk of being in trouble with them die to signing up for the goverment side of stuff. Its BS but thats the way it is. NOW if all u do is cut the trees down and not remove any roots then u dont need any permission at all from what i understand. | |
