West Central IL
We're over labored then. We got 6, but two about to retire. About 9 months out of the year 2 are on the road all day hauling grain. Seems like when we're not busy 1 other one is gone somewhere, and two others help out either hauling grain for someone else or help an guy that does escavating. We also have a dozer and dirt pan we run when time allows which keeps a couple of guys busy. With all the help, at times we still are working hard to get everything done. I couldn't imagine having to do that much with 2 guys, maybe 3 full-time, and a part timer during harvest and planting, Wed still be stretched thin around here, someone's spraying, nursing the sprayer, couple planting, one guy trying to keep them going, and another working ground, and at time trying to haul grain and deal with the livestock.
