I think its a pretty good topic compared to about 90% posted on here anymore. I'll add that we have similar numbers and I cant seem to have enough help 8 months of the year! I'm old enough not to want to work 10-12 hrs a day 7 days a week anymore(excluding plant and harvest). I don't wanna do it 6 days a week year round anymore. I have 1 full time and 3-4 part timers. One of them is pretty much full time in plant and harvest, but he isn't around on days I don't need him. I guess in my situation myself and 2 full timers would be ok. I do have the potential to take on some other work to help spread out the costs if I decide I want another full time person.
