Is the vehicle your driving insured? Why? Would an insurance company cover your totaled out vehicle the moment after the accident? Why not?

I'm all in favor of the suffer and die program if you don't carry health insurance.



I was in flavor of that before insurance got so unaffordable. Now I'm not so sure.

If vehicle insurance cost went up 30+% per year for years on end, I'd probably drop it too. It already bugs me that I pay extra for "uninsured motorist" coverage. They tell you right up front you're paying extra to cover deadbeats.
