That depends on the size of the bin. Shivvers recommends 1 hp/5000 bushels of bin capacity for cooling. If your fan is too big, you can transfer hotter and wetter and wait several hours before starting the fan. That lets the grain steep and you can remove more moisture and still end up at the right moisture.
