Well remember going to work for a company in 1975. Wages was 3.35 per hour and insurance for the whole family was $17 a month, $50 deductible for the first 2 members . No preexisting penalties, no waiting time. Paid 80% after deductible on Drs, Hospital and Rxs. Nobody was in between you and your Dr.  Submitted claims once a year and the insurance co sent a check to me. Times has definitely changed.
