| This is the chart we use for dumping hot. Use a meat thermometer to check temp.
Test hot corn for moisture, test hot corn for temperature, take temperature that you get and take the the number from the chart that coincides with the temperature and subtract what you got for moisture that will give you what your final cooled moisture will be. Have been doing it this way for years.
