Gets my every time I see this, as it shouldn't be able to happen.
That fraud in is many forms could be stopped in a few simple key stroke, if
the banks were held responsible for their actions. Once they tell the customer
the cheque has been cleared it's up to bank to fix the problem. As long
a banks are not held responsible it's going to keep happening.
The next best would be to stop all the internet selling sites. The percent
of fraud in some of these sites is very high. Now the scams have figured
out how to use the taxi and room renting sites to scam.
