I don't know how much experience some of you have had at high speed but if you're over 100mph or even 80mph I don't think that would be very wise to use.
Looks like the kind of thing that a Hollywood stunt driver might use on a closed course but on our road systems and with drivers that aren't trained that could lead to multiple deaths.
I don't think this would be an option handed out to rookies. Training would be necessary.
