Our fields dry out considerably sooner in the spring since running deep tillage
(10in or more
) in the fall.
Does not need to be done every fall tho. You're just wasting fuel.
Having another method of burying trash in between deep tillage is a good idea, I think. The two do not have to be dependent on each other.
