Rick, it looks a ALMOST old enough to be a Samson !! Almost as old as I am !!
I agree with the thought that it's a conversion. The County tractors were a good old mudder; great on spreaders and such. They also take a lot of room to turn around; A LOT. Parts are scarce, too.
I'd keep looking.
